This privacy policy describes how Neaman Consulting processes personal data about visitors to neaman.dk and about clients who get in touch via the website, email or phone. The policy is prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

What data we process
When you fill in the contact form
We collect the information you provide: name, company, number of employees, email address and your description of the situation. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help you.
When you sign up for the newsletter
We collect your email address for the purpose of sending out new insights. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us.
When you visit the website
We currently do not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. If we introduce such tools in the future, you will be asked for consent, and this policy will be updated.
Legal basis
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) when you sign up for the newsletter.
- Steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) when you get in touch about possible advice.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries and maintaining a professional contact.
How long we keep the data
- Enquiries that do not lead to collaboration: deleted no later than six months after first contact.
- Enquiries that lead to collaboration: kept as part of the client relationship and deleted in accordance with our general retention policy and the five-year retention obligation under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
- Newsletter sign-ups: kept until you unsubscribe.
Data processors
We use the following data processors for practical operation:
- Simply.com (Denmark) provides hosting of the website and sends email from the contact form and newsletter sign-ups via our own domain.
